At The Craft Cocktail Company (CCC) we’re making world-class cocktails more accessible. Handcrafted in our workshop in Bethnal Green with its adjoining bar and off-license, our ready-to-serve cocktails are waiting for you rather than you waiting on them.
It was all born out of a desire to create particularly delicious cocktail flavours that could be produced on a large scale, then bottled, or served in the bottle and on tap. The workshop, where craft flavorists concoct the magic, can be observed by patrons from the first floor mezzanine, as they follow the procedure from creation all the way through to the bottle in their hand.
Our aim is to use only natural produce, using independently sourced ingredients and always creating interesting combinations that stand out. No chemicals are used in the production process – absolutely no additives or preservatives.
